Shipping policy

All orders, except preorders, will be processed within 1-2 working days and shipped the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Typically, orders will take 2-5 working days to reach you from the time of order. 

Self collection is available at our warehouse, located at 100 Eunos Ave 7, Singapore 409572. Once your order is processed & packed, you can collect your order via self collection lockers at your time of convenience within 48 hours. These lockers are accessible to public 24/7. Should you require your order urgently, please contact us to check the earliest possible date/time.
