Exchange & Return
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 week of receiving your order to start your exchange or return. Do check through the terms below to see if your item is eligible.
Kindly note that all exchange or return shipping fees incurred will be borne by the customer. It's important that your parcel is sent via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. Items must be packed in a box to ensure no parts are damaged.
Physical exchanges and/or returns are possible by prior appointment only. Our office is located at 107 Eunos Ave 3, near Paya Lebar MRT.
We only offer exchange of sizes for our collars and harnesses, subject to stock availability.
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for food, treats, toys, bowls, placemats, beds, bathrobes, towels, carseats, healthcare supplements, healthcare topicals, grooming products and items purchased at marked down prices. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Please ensure your items and it's packaging are not damaged in any way. The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging. Items that are do not fulfil these conditions and/or are damaged, soiled or stained will not be accepted.
Once we have verified your return, a refund will be issued in the form of store credits to your account. Your credit will be valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. Do include your order number, product name and photo of defect. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange.
For defective returns, all return shipping fees incurred will be reimbursed. Please ensure your items are unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging.
