Payment
We accept payment via GrabPay, PayNow, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopee Pay, AliPay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Order
All orders, excluding those with backordered items, will be processed within 1 working day and shipped the next working day*. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. Typically, orders will take 2-5 working days to reach you from the time of order.
*As we are moving warehouses between 15th to 28th September, orders will require an extra 2-3 working days to reach you as we need more time to process them.
Self Collection
Self collection is available by appointment only. Please email us at hello@tykoasia.com or DM us on Instagram at @nnyeo.sg to arrange a collection slot!
